All the corner/Park Sites will be charged as per PLC on basic price.

Payment by Cheques / Demand Drafts shall be made favoring "Concerned company project which is mentioned at brochure& Payable at Allahabad, UP. Official receipts will be provided.

The layout structures shown in the perspective are conceptual designs and may vary at the time of execution, layout map is subject to change depending upon the architect's advice for better planning.

Assignment of Right/Transfer of name, before registration cannot be done without approval from the Company and the Company agrees to transfer, then a transfer a fee shall be applicable. However, Company may do this transfer fee, if the assignment/ transfer to his/ her next of kin (i.e., father, Mother, Daughter, Spouse, Son, Brother & sister) subject of submission of documentary evidences.

The company shall not be responsible for any consequence due to Acts of God, force majeure of State/s action.

Any Associate or BA or Sales Business Promoter found indulge in other company’s product or promotion activities will treated as non-loyalty with company, hence an action can be taken by management in terms of termination or else. Especially all who are getting incentive/commission at least Rs.10000 a month will be more responsible for the same.

Dimensions and details of the site as preferred are subject to availability under this project after the approval of competent authority.

Bank Charges at actual will be borne by the purchaser(s) for any outstation Cheques / Demand Drafts/ wire transfer/ Credit or debit card payments/ online payments.

If the Purchaser does not pay the subsequent installment as per agreement from the due date as mentioned at the time of booking, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking and allot the plot to any other prospective client without any notice.

For all other terms and conditions not mentioned or elaborated upon herein, the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement to sell shall be binding on both the company and the purchaser/s.

It is understood the project can be success based on the payment schedule established by the company. If the purchaser/s does not oblige the payment schedule then a notice shall be sent to the purchaser for payment by post/ e-mail. If no payment is received within specified date of booking

All queries/ complaints/ suggestions shall be in written format or through e-mail addressed to the Customer Care for immediate action. No other verbal communication shall be entertained in any matter. Any un-responded e-mail should be further escalated in writing to customer care.

All the terms not covered herein regarding plot buying terms is mentioned in agreement of plot.

The Booking is subject to Allahabad, UP High Court Jurisdiction.

If Any Marketing Sales Business Promoter ID is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with company.

If company found any type of connection & involvement in other company; it is clear in your notice that company can terminate your ID with immediate effect after that company is not responsible any type of payment and any transaction and all benefits associated with the TheSaiGreens.

In case of any decision taken by company shall be treated as final and binding on all the Sales Business Promoter.

Once the ID is cancelled the Sales Business Promoter is not allowed to use the logos or symbol, pins and badges as awarded by the company or indulge in any group formation or group development activity.

Company is not responsible for any type of cash transaction done by you with anybody linked by company without receipt of the company and same should be verified by office.

Payment made by Cheque/DD/Neft/Rtgs is subject to realization.

Booking Amt(T-1) as Rs. 10000/- is non-refundable, but adjustable when plot purchase at any location, Valid for 1 Plot.

By receiving this receipt, receiver (receipt holder) authorizes us to send SMS & email regarding our services to make it better.

An Sales Business Promoter shall be diligent and truthful in his interaction with other Sales Business Promoter of the company.

Independent Sales Business Promoter is not the employees of the company and they are just our marketing Sales Business Promoter.

The Company does not guarantee any definite income to any Sales Business Promoter. All the earning of the Sales Business Promoter shall solely depend upon his / her group formation and group purchasing.

The Sales Business Promoter ID is not transferrable and the processing fee is Non-refundable.

TDS will be deducted as per government regulations. Sales Business Promoter should be given annual maintenance/admin charges as per company norms.

The Sales Business Promoter will not have any right/authority to incur any debt /liabilities for and on behalf of the company.

The ID may be cancelled by the company on the ground of deliberate damage to the other Sales Business Promoter.

The Sales Business Promoter shall not try to exaggerate or make false claims about the general public and down line fellow Sales Business Promoter. The Associate shall not misguide any one regarding company's products/Services.

A prospective ID should read all the terms and conditions mentioned on the website joining form.

All Sales Business Promoter are required to strictly comply with all the rules & regulations formulated by the company.

If any plot get canceled and commission paid to the Sales Business Promoter against the same plot will be adjusted from all the Sales Business Promoter who got commission from the same plot.

A Sales Business promoter(SBP) is not an employee of the company rather a person who promote company product/services only and gets incentive/commission for the sales made.

Any sales business promoter of our company found coaxing other people to join other company or try to take out from our company will be found guilty of Anti company activity, hence may terminate with immediate effect without any notice.

Any Company sales business promoter or his/her relatives (relative means dependent son or daughter, father/mother, spouse, Friends) shall not engage in any activities of any other Company/person. If it is found then such Sales Business Promoter shall be terminated.
